A few days ago someone wondered what impact there would be on the IBLCE exam
if ILCA's 97 conference is in August.  Answer is:  none.  For the last few
years, and for the foreseeable future, the IBLCE exam is *always* on the
last Monday in July.  It hasn't coincided with the ILCA conference for some
number of years now.
