RE:  your question on a class presentation on composition of
breastmilk, see the following referernce:

Wagner, et al.  Special Properties of Human Milk.  Clinical
pediatrics, June 1996, 283-293.

The article has several excellent tables (differences between
mother's milk and formula, other bioactive substances in human milk,
others.)    Also very recent reference.

I hope your presentation goes well--what a great opportunity for
breastfeeding education.
