Yes, she has done great with pumping and really, she is very laid back. I never meant
to be critical of bottlefeeding for the twins, I guess it came accross wrong. Sorry.
Amazingly enough, there are no major problems with these twins, they will come home with
monitors and need to be watched closely but that's about it. Mom has done a remarkable
job and I have told her so. As a matter of fact, the NICU told her that her frozen
breastmilk is to be thrown out because it is more than two weeks old. I am not sure if
this is true not (I am leaning towards not) but I will make some calls and find out for
sure (maybe it is a preemie thing).
We are both very excited about these twins coming home and I have a list of referrals
for her if they are needed. First sign of problem and I use them. Thanks for you
input. It is raining hard here, I hope this gets sent okay.
