The only question I can answer on this is that in my hospital tox screens
are usually done on mom during labor.  We rarely screen the baby, because
if mom is positive in labor, baby will be positive to.

Can you call pad and get him involved?  Looks like baby need follow up
appt sooner than 3 weeks.  These are the cases when you wonder if
breastmilk is best for these babies.... it's a fine line.
