A big thank you to all who shared on this one.  I have passed on the experiences
to the mother, who is feeling so much happier.  She didn't really understand why
her body wasn't working, now appreciates that it is probably simply because she
has been so ill.  She has a chest infection so has not seen her baby all week,
but is hoping to try skin to skin as soon as she is well enough.  The baby has
not been to the breast yet, she is only just off full ventilation, and onto a
head box.  The mother has only been able to hold her twice so far.

She says she will let me know how it goes, so I will pass on what happens.
