I don't have my copy of "Counseling the Nursing Mother" here, but I recall
it saying vaccine is OK.  They give babies measles vaccine (as part of MMR),
so I can't think of how it would be bad for them.  If anything, mom getting the
vaccine might help protect the baby, if the immune cells get through.
