Measles vaccine (or MMR) is safe for breastfeeding moms. In the case of
an epidemic, children of moms who had been vaccinated as children (rather
than moms who had measles) would be candidates for early vaccination (9-12
months) since their stored maternal antibodies are lower and fall off
sooner. They'd need another dose after their first birthdays as well for
long term protection.
