I always have a volunteer dad come up to the front of the class and
demonstrate latch-on.  I give him a breast and a baby and together we go
through the steps to get baby properly attached.

My most recent class--when he sat down, the dad whispered to me that he'd
heard about this.  He volunteered anyway.  They all seem to get a big kick
out of it and it's fun to watch the dads sit forward in their chairs and pay
close attention.
