Sage can be prepared in a tea by combining 1 TBSP of dried herb to 1 Cup
boiling water. Let it steep for 5 - 10 minutes. I find the dried herb to
be easier to infuse into a tea. The cabbage packs should help and if this
Mom doesn't do well with the sage peppermint is also an option to reduce the
supply.
Let me know if you need further information.
