Dear Denise,
Is this mom using a soft flange pump? White River makes a kit that attaches
to other manufacturer's pumps, and claims (for their own double pump)to
produce prolactin levels equivalent to breastfeeding. You can see their info
on the web at http://www.whiteriver.com/ . I think (but don't know) that Medela
has a similar product.
