Jan,
The breast normally has an axillary tail, is this woman sure the lump was
ectopic breast tissue, not just normal tail of Spence tissue that was
being irritated by a tight bra?  If it is truly ectopic, can the surgeon
remove it without damaging the nerves and lymphatics in the area?
