My understanding is that JHL is the PROFESSIONAL journal of the
International Lactation Consultant Association.  We rely on this Journal to
keep us up-to-date and informed, we cannot afford NOT to have the most
knowledgeable person possible as Editor.  Surely the Editor's position
should be PAID?

Thank you Barbara Wilson-Clay for your eloquence, on this, in particular and
on all the tasks in general we all continue to do on a volunteer basis.
Enough is enough.  We need a good Editor, and our Editor should receive the
reimbursement she is entitled to - as a professional.
