Hi Wendy,
You can trust the reading list that was distributed with your original
exam packet. Obscure stuff will not be on the exam. RELAX! Remember
that there are 200 questions. You can get more than 50 of them wrong and
still pass. That means that you should concentrate your study on basic
sources first and then branch out to more recently published things.
When I took the exam, I was surprised that the questions skillfully
examined clinical judgement as well as factual knowlege...it is a well
desinged test, not a trivia game.
