Regarding reflux with a breastfeeding infant, I saw a 6 week old this week
who had been spitting up a lot, so much so that the doctor did tests to r/o
pyloric stenosis. It looked to me like reflux. Mom has history of milk
allergy and thought maybe it was the milk she drank. She did two things,
holding baby on incline after feedings and she also stopped drinking milk
for a few days. NO more reflux. After pizza (cheese): reflux again.

Have any of you observed that dairy is a factor?
