The passage is I Kings 3:16ff. It is most definitely not a warning or
admonition about co-sleeping, overlaying or any thing of the sort. Instead,
it is a passage demonstrating the wisdom that God gave to Solomon. It is one
of several passages that speak of sleeping with babies as a normal occurance
(which of course it is/was in most of the world).
