Didn't I hear that Hilary Rodham Clinton had the same problem
with Chelsea? Turned out that the baby's head was too low and the
problem cleared up when the positioning was corrected.
As for it happening only on the right breast, have you actually
seen the mother nurse? We all use our left and right sides
differently, so the most likely explaination is that she is
holding the baby at a slightly different angle on that side.
Hope this helps. If this *is* the reason for the milk dripping
from the baby's nose, you could call it "First Lady Syndrome." ;-)
