I heard from someone inTexas that she had gone to a Baby Friendly conference and
found out that hospitals that are certified baby friendly need to have a 75%
breastfeeding rate.  Does anyone know about this?  Is this going to be essential
for Baby Friendly certification?  Thanks for any clarification.
