I am working with a mom that is 3 months postpartum and has lost no weight
since delivery. She is 5'2" and weighs 160. Her prepregnancy weight is 140.
 This is her 2nd child.
Her baby is completely breastfed, she is pumping with almost every feeding as
she is working and worried her baby will go hungry. His birth weight has
almost doubled. She has so much milk that she gives some to her 16 month old
in a bottle.
She is a dietician and reports eating only 1500 calories since 3 weeks. When
she reports her diet it sounds too low in calories but well balanced She
excercises every other day aerobically for 30-45 minutes. She feels great
but wants to see some weight coming off. Blood work and physical exam showed
her to be healthy.
Suggestions please! I can't see her reducing her calories any lower.
