I apologize that this is not a question or info related to breastfeeding,
however I thoroughly enjoy your listing but have been having trouble with
transmission.  Maybe someone can help me.  The digest format tends to "trip"
my incomming connection. (I was told it may be due to my "slow" system in
combination with the longer digest format.)  I have tried to reset to
another format but have not been successful.  Tried again today (using SET
LACTNET MAIL as in the initial instruction\information message) after the
first lactnet digest message through me off connection.  It is sort of
frustrating for me as I am not very computer literate.  I would be
appreciative of any information to resolve my problem or to know how others
may have handled a similar one.  Once again - Thank you for a thoroughly
enjoyable and informative list.  I have gained a lot from your postings.
