Agree whole heartedly with Alicia.  If R-ss really wanted to support
breastfeeding, they would comply with the WHO Code.  Then there would be no
literature, no freebies for anyone.  And at the risk of offending some people
(please don't take it personally) perhaps IBCLCs should consider their position
re WHO Code.  The code is very clear on health workers responsibilities, I
believe that working with an ABM manufacturer is breaking the Code.

By producing literature that is factually correct, R-ss have put you in a
difficult position.  What messages are they giving with this book?  That IBLC's
endorse their product?  That R-ss supports breastfeeding?  That R-ss are good
guys, so you'll think of them first if ABM is needed.

You have all I guess done a good job of spotting the errors in previous books.
This is the natural sequel.  They have had to go to more trouble to get it
factually right, but the aim and end result will be the same - undermining
breastfeeding, and promoting the other stuff, to make profits for their
share-holders.
