It was very nice to see Evi Adams' posts on Lactnet. However, I
do think that posting in Hebrew (to Naomi Bar Yam) was
inappropriate, possibly setting a precedent that I would rather not see
on Lactnet.
I understand the language of Lactnet to be English, not to mention that
English is Naomi's and Evie's native language. There are several
non-English-speakers in the discussion group who have to
expend extra energy, I am sure, in order to communicate in
English, to them a "foreign" language. In my opinion, posting in any
language other than English may be a bit insensitive and should be
avoided. Judy Knopf (who speaks both English and Hebrew) in Beer Sheva, Israel
