All these adult formulas are basically cow's milk, plus fat, sugar, and a
vitamin/mineral supplement.

You could do it yourself:  drink a glass of skim milk, take a swig from a
bottle of vegetable oil, put a couple spoonfuls of sugar in your mouth, and
swallow a vitamin/mineral pill.  Ta-daa!  Sounds delicious!
