I have had pretty good luck with "The Art of Successful Breastfeeding:  A
Guide for Health Professionals"  There is a companion video "the Art of
Successful Breastfeeding:  A Guide for Mothers"  These were both reviewed in
September 1995 JHL and are available in English now, soon to be Cantonese,
