Having had a million tests myself for elevated liver enzymes and still no
clear diagnosis
I can tell you how frustrating it is. I have done extensive study in the
literature and have never found breastfeeding as a cause of this. It seems
to me this client's physician is grasping at straws and finding no other
cause for this problem falls back on breastfeeding as a cause. I cannot
understand the physiology behind this explanation. Please E-mail me
individually with more details and I will try to help. Isn't it frustrating
that "stop breastfeeding" is the Rx for every malady in many cases!
