Melissa,

I recently had been e-mailing someone this information, thought it might help
you too.

According to the 1996 PDR pg 2484 ENGERIX-B hepatitis Vaccine

tingling, hypotension, flu-like symtoms.

in <1% adverse reaction Gastrointestinal system:  can include nausea;
vomiting;anorexia;abdominal pain/cramping; constipation; diarrhea
RE:HBV
others include- abnormal liver function tests; dysepepsia

There are many more adverse effects listed.

RE:HAV vaccine
PDR 1996 pg 2490

Gastrointestinal same as above with added dysgeusia.

Others include hepatitis, jaundice and MS

For more information:

Try calling Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting- this is a 24hr service for
reporting vaccine related problems. 1-800-822-7967.

Also you might want to call the CENTER FOR BIOLOGICS EXECUTIVE SECRETARIAT
301-594-1800 this might give you information on whether or not this has
happened before.

Also FREEDOM OF INFORMATION- FDA documents 301-443-6310. This might be the
place to find out what adverse effects have been recorded.

Good luck.
