Thanks to Catherine Watson Genna and Lias Marcuso for their delightful and
interesting posts on milk synthesis. I have appreciated Dr. Hales's posts on
drug transport and would be interested in his comments about Peter Hartmann's
work and its implications on dosing and breastfeeding.  I, too, feel that
"just as I think I understand it..." but that's the difference between
science and belief systems.  We have to keep refining our understanding and
to be willing to incorporate better understanding of the process into our
practice.
