There has been some discussion of various herbs and lactation recently
here on lactnet. thought you all would be interested to know that the
recent issue of Mothering has anarticle entitled Herbs and Healthy
Lactation,by Marie Miczak.Not knowing much about herbs *period*,let
alone herbs and bfing, I cannot really say how good or accurate the info
is. but i am a liitle concerned cause no sort of credentials
re:lactation are given.it says she is a pharmacologist and nutritionist
with a DSc.
This is not to bad-mouth her article. . .

I am wondering if those of you with both a lactation and herbology(study
of herbs) background would be willing to read the article and let us
here on Lactnet know what you think. . . does this seem like good info
that we could safely give to lactating women. . . ?
