a breastfeeding mother started having lightheadedness, nausea, painful
tingling at the breasts and choking of baby because of excessive
squirting of milk , all lasting about 30 seconds, and worse during
inadvertent letdown. These phenomena started around the first week of
breastfeeding. She , also, had breastfed 2 babies previously, and never
had these problems occur.

Does anyone have an explanation?
