I am finding the discussion regarding the size of nipple shield interesting.  I
routinely use the regular size one without difficulty relating to size.  I have
not had good luck with the small ones.

I do find that taping the shield to mother's breast using transpore tape or
paper tape (1" size, about 3"-4" long) works well.  It is important that the
entire shield be taped --4 pieces of tape framing the flange of the shield.
