Hi Beth!  Breast shells and nipple shields are two very different items
whose names are unfortunately easy to mix together.  I can tell you are
talking about nipple shields, and you are absolutely right to have them
taken off the cart.  We had to do this, too, for the same reasons. The
nipple shields are a "court of last resort"--my advice is, try to solve
problems without them.
