  yes, pasturization does inactivate... I am not sure that it is necessary as
studies indicate that left to sit the bm will kill the virus... you could,
theoretically, express, let sit and then feed to the baby.....

   will check the ref on this later this week.,it comes from milk banking so
if this is urgent please contact the human milk bank assoc of n. amer.
