Hi Netters,
Kim Bugg is a dynamic, highly motivated lady, RN in the Grady Health Care
System in Atlantia, Georgia. She is married to a physician and was or is
still is co-chairperson for the Georgia Breastfeeding Task Force. I heard
her speak and it was amasing to me what all she has done. She was
instrumental in getting medicaid reimbursement for breast pumps and other
lactation supplies. She also assisted in getting a state bill amended for
"medical assistance shall be amended to include payment for breast-feeding
equipment and lactation specialist support services, without regard to
whether federal payments for such equipment and services are available".
Really neat women.
