Anyone who has been trying to send me e-mail and has not gotten a prompt reply
should resend.  It has just been brought to my attention that I am only
receiving half of my mail.  If it is really important or you want to be REAL
sure I get it, fax it to me:

814-623-9357 answering machine will switch over to fax when it hears your
signal.

Anyone who has ideas for changing the IBLCE requirements, baem them over.

Well, back to the 2000 things I have to do today.
