Co policy....I find it hard to believe that a ny co. (especially a building
supply) would have a policy on this?!  I would ask to see the policy in
writing, first.  then take it futher.....that is if she is up to a battle.
 She could always pump in her car. I have lots of women who do this. They
feel much more comfortable there anyway.  They just put a sun screen up in
the windshield. One of my customers said "hey , they go out for cigarette
breaks! why not a pump break"
