Alicia,
Your post that moms with supernumerary breasts often think they are tumors
when they become engorged postpartum reminded me of a question I have had for
some time.  Since this extra tissue represents an "unsuckled breast" or two,
would it be more vulnerable to breast cancer than the primary breasts that mom
nurses from?  I have, as a rule, included a report to affected clients' ob's
to be aware to examine this area regularly....do you think this necessary?
