I had an interesting discussion with one of my moms renting a hospital-grade
electric breast pump. We were discussing the difference in the baby's suck
and the pumps suction. Mom decided to test her theory and breastfed on one
breast, pumped on the other. You guessed it. The baby won hands down. I
get called frequently by moms wanting to rent an electric pump for fear of a
low milk supply, "I tried to pump and only got a few drops"; sounds
familiar? I agree that the hospital in question should provide some sound
pump education and not every mother needs an electric pump. I've been gone
awhile, it's great to be back!

accepted!!
