I live in Virginia and the allergies here in the spring and summer are
terrible so I have run acrosss this problem many times before.  I mostly
reccommend the moms to go to their OB/GYN or family doctor and ask for a
prescription nasal spray.  I have been amazed at how well some of the new
sprays work with no effect that we can detect on the milk supply.  Makes
every body feel better!  and nasal sprays are not as systemically absorbed
as oral medications.
