  thanx for the words... many hospitals ONLY hire rn's.. and there have been
many occation where their lactation knowlege was lacking but they got the job
becasue they had an rn....there was a posting included in the packet at ilca
last  summer like this... many members were very vocal during the general
meeting. they felt that ir should not have been allowed... the members were
told they could complain to the hospital.....
