Diane,
I would probably look for donor milk for my baby, if I were HIV+.  Having seen
what that nasty little beastie does to children, I would not want to pass it
on... If we were able to test for infection, not maternal IgG antibodies in
infants, I would breastfeed an HIV+ child, but not an HIV- one.  I can't
imagine feeding the alternative stuff to a child of mine, it would be a
situation for much mourning.
