I'm a few days behind reading Lactnet (which is actually great--I'm usually
a couple of weeks behind!) and saw your post on culturing milk. I just
wanted to mention that the Norwegian video "Breast is Best" shows a woman
collecting a milk sample and it's a pretty simple-looking process, much as
your described--hand washing, nipple/areola cleansing with boiled water,
express a few drops, then collection. Don't know if info from other
countries would help, but here it is anyway.
