Paul,
        I too read that article on malnutrition and was disgusted by the
lack of BF consideration.  Apparently the researchers even went as far as
studying some sort of made-up drink/foodstuff to help alleviate malnutrition
(I don't have the article here).  I have written a letter but have not yet
mailed it (queen of procrastination).
