Does anyone out there know anything about the following herbal mixtures?

Ginkgo Biloba extract (24% Ginkgolides)
"Balanced Woman" Master formula (Contains: Dong Quai root, Red Raspberry
leaf, Vitamin B6, Black Cohosh Root, Magnesium, Iron, Licorice Root, Boron,
Silica, Chloride, plus a "superior Grade three treasures chinese herbal
complex" of Tang Kuei, Buplerum, Peonia Alba, Rehmania (cooked), Astragalus,
Ligusticum Wallium, and Albizzia Bark. Also contains: Diatom Silica, Calcium
Citrate and Wild Yam Root.)
We have a dad who wants the new mom to use these and she is breastfeeding.
She refuses to take anything without assurance from a reputable source that
they are safe for the baby. Her baby was delivered 4 weeks early since she
needed treatment for kidney stones. Baby is healthy now and was just
discharged today.
