Accutain is isotretinoin.  Dr. Hale says "absolutely contraindicated, much too
dangerous to use during bf."
I know one of the concerns in pregnancy is that excessive vit A and
derivatives lead to neural tube defects (spina bifida/anencephaly).  Accutain
is a nasty teratogen, causes several different defects.
