Dr. Brazelton needs to learn a few things about breastfeeding, huh?  Let's
educate him.
Sending my letter today.  For those who didn't catch the first post about
this, he recommends nipple preparation and says "Your milk won't come in for
four or five days after delivery, but don't worry. Although the baby may
need extra water to tide her over, she has stored up enough nutrients so
that she can wait for your milk."
