I wanted to add a few questions to Jon's list:

1.  What if I choose to do nothing at this time? ( I believe most health care
providers think their patients expect them to do something, not just send
them home to rest or whatever.  Sometimes choosing to do nothing is a great
option.)

2.  How might this test change the recommended treatment?
(If a test result won't change the treatment, why bother?)
