Sue - don't know if this helps, but when Florida's bill was pending in 1993,
a newspaper reported such statistics - it came from someone in Fla. WIC
dept. who told us she was misquoted...I know that it was quoted time and
time again. Didn't Mothering have some stats on that in an issue back then?
