I'm not sure is this is appropriate to post here - if not, perhaps someone
can point me in the right direction.

Is there anyone on the list who knows about "managed health care"?  Perhaps
you have been involved in negotiations to get LC work included as
preventative care.  The insurance companies / medical aids apparently need Rx
protocols so that specific conditions can be covered.  Does anyone have
examples of anything like this, please?

Managed health care is a new concept for us and I would appreciate any
information.
