Have a quick question. Have a friend who is in process of adopting a baby
girl from China, and wants to breastfeed. She wants to prepare before and
get started as soon as she gets her baby, which will be 3 days after arriving
in China, and a week before they are allowed to return to US. Her question
is whether the Chinese gov't would have a problem with her beginning the
breastfeeding process while she is in China? Does anyone have any experience
with others who have adopted from China and breastfed? Or failing that does
anyone know what the attitude towards breastfeeding is in China in general?
 Thanks in advance!
