Does anybody have an actual recipe for sage tea to decrease milk supply? I've
recommended it occasionally and it certainly does seem to work, but I'm always a
bit vague about how one makes it because I don't really have any instructions!
One mother who had been pumping for twins and wanted to wean entirely said she
put sage, cinnamon, cloves (?) and powdered orange drink mix in her drip
coffee-maker and made a drink that tasted fine and worked wonderfully, but I
don't have proportions. Any suggestions?
