There have been a lot of good advice posted about the mother who is 3
months pregnant and has a 6 month old that nurses all the time
including all night. The only thing that stands out for me that
hasn't been mentioned is perhaps the baby is nursing so much because
the mother's milk supply is decreasing due to the pregnancy. The
baby may be working hard to get the milk he needs. I would be
concerned about the mom's milk supply when the baby is exclusively
breastfed, which is normal at six months, and the mother is already 3
months pregnant. Just something else for the mother to think about!
